This competition consists of a pilot project in Kouvola, Finland, specifically a prototype wooden construction system for the construction of a 15,000 square-meter prefabricated timber multi-storey buildings.

These buildings will be implanted in a site, not far from a river, including a large-scale green area with planting trees. According to Footprint, ground floor units will contain private gardens; Roofs can be used as garden space for top floors residents.
